Cool Side Job's philosophy was handed down from our parent organization that started nine years ago in Fayetteville Arkansas out of a need for quality talent in this area which is the home office for Wal-Mart Corporation.
The owners had to maintain flawless event executions due to the high profile nature of this area, as the bulk of our National Retail Promotions revenue was based in Wal-Mart stores.
Thus, as we grew, the standards developed in Northwest Arkansas became our rules of conduct and standard operating procedures for our exceptional talent nationwide.
In 2007 our parent organization, Front Row Event & Production Management, began to see a strong need in the event staffing industry for consistent training for all event staff and a need for pre-screening all candidates. Thus Cool Side Jobs was created to meet that need.
At Cool Sides Jobs, qualified talent are able to not only participate in simple event training but are also able to share in recruiting, view jobs online and also login to see personal earnings and performance results.
There is also an online forum to foster a sense of community for our talent that is spread throughout the country.
