Q: If I don't want to do a side job but I know some people who would, can I earn money for referring them to your site?
A: Yes, simply send them to this site after you register as a recruiter using your referral number.
High school Or College Student
Q: How much can I earn and what are the requirements to get paid?
A: You will make $10.00, once per each person that completes one successful event for us.
They must use your referral number when they apply or you will not get credit. You must fill out an online I.R.S. W-9 form after you register or we can't pay you.
Massage Therapist
Q: What if I want to do events myself, can I still recruit others and get paid?
A: Yes, all Talent who are activated on our site will get a referral number.
However, if you want to do jobs yourself AND recruit then you need to go to the apply page here.
Also, the people you refer must have completed one successful event in order for you to get paid.

Q: If I am a Talent member and I recruit others in my area doesn't that compete with how many jobs I get?
A: No, if you were first in an area and you do good work we will come to you first.
Many jobs overlap or have different profiles. So we always need more people.
Basically, the more Talent in an area, the more work we can obtain in that area.
Q: What types of people should I send to your site? Do you only need models?
A: Actually, you can send anyone to our site that you know will do a good job. We also need model types.
Since most of our work is in sales, we need friendly and outgoing people.
However, we do have some merchandising jobs as well for reserved individuals.
